Hydram Sheet Metalwork is a leading supplier of sheet metal components, assemblies and light fabrications to customers throughout the UK. Hydram was established in 1977 and it has continually invested in the latest production technology and capacity to ensure that its sheet metal processes are flexible, precise and efficient. The 62,000sq ft factory, based in County Durham in the North of England, provides the full range of subcontract engineering services so that customers benefit from a streamlined supply chain, saving both time and money. Hydram's sheet metal processes include laser profiling, CNC punching, presswork, folding and rolling. Fabrication facilities include laser cutting of tube using a dedicated tube laser machine, tube bending, and both MIG welding and TIG welding – including robot welding. Precision CNC machining is also available. Parts are then painted in the powder coating facility prior to final assembly and delivery. |
