Two conveyor coating plants
Large batches - efficient processing - excellent adhesion
The two conveyor operated powder coating plants allows larger batches of components to be processed efficiently in a full range of colours and finishes. Components pass through either a three-stage or five-and-a-half-stage pre-treatment process to ensure that they are fully degreased and chemically-coated to give excellent paint adhesion.
Maximium component size for conveyor plant: 2.1 metres long, 1.75 metres high and 0.8 metres wide
Smaller batches - larger components - wet or powder coating
The third "batch plant" offers batch spraying of wet or power paint allows smaller batches and larger components to be processed. A five-stage pre-treatment facility allows superior paint adhesion.
Maximium component size batch plant: 3 metres long, 1.5 metres high and 1.2 metres wide.
