Hydram Sheet Metalwork offers powder coating on steel and aluminium components and small fabrications on site.  Equipped with twin painting booths that allow quick colour changes, the facility handles large and small batches.

The powder coating plant is conveyor operated and allows batches of components up to 3 metres long, 1.5 metres high and 600mm wide to be processed efficiently in a full range of colours and finishes.  Components pass through a three-stage pre-treatment process to ensure that they are fully degreased and phosphate-coated to give excellent paint adhesion.

These facilities, in conjunction with two assembly lines, enable Hydram to meet customers’ particular requirements and offer a complete service.

Maximium component size:  3 metres long, 1.5 metres high and 600mm wide.
