Hydram Sheet Metalwork offers secondary operations such as precision CNC machining, drilling, tapping and pressing facilities on site.

• To complement sheet metal profiling and forming, Hydram offers drilling, tapping, pressing and CNC machining services.
• Three CNC vertical machining centres with 20-station automatic tool changers are fully programmable for precision machining.
• Hydram’s hydraulic presses have up to 80 tonne capacity suitable for metal punching, metal blanking and metal forming.
• The presses are supported by an in house tool room who manufacture basic form tools.
• Hydram also has three insert machines for fitting a variety of fasteners and clinching inserts.
