Hydram Sheet Metalwork provides a sheet metal rolling service using both large heavy duty and precision NC rolling machines.  This compliments the other metal forming facilities such as sheet metal folding and pressing.  Hydram has an advanced 3D CAD system to develop complex formed components.  Precision laser cut templates are used to ensure that the finished form is correct.

Capacity information:

• Large NC rollers capable of manufacturing complex curves in components up to 3 metres long and up to 4mm thick.
• Precision NC Luna rollers capable of rolling complex curves in components up to 1250mm long and 2mm thick.   High quality mirror finished materials can be rolled using our polished chrome rollers eg. louvers for light fittings.
• 1250mm wide mechanical rolling machine capable of producing basic curves. 

NB. Thicker items can be rolled in shorter lengths – please ask for details.
