To complement its profiling services, Hydram Sheet Metalwork has a full range of metal forming facilities including CNC folding, bending and rolling machines.

• 10 Pressbrakes rated up to 220 tonnes are capable of bending up to 4 metre lengths in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
• The sophisticated capabilities offered by Hydram’s folding and rolling service free the designer from the traditional limitations of sheet metal forming.
• To assist in component design, Hydram has an advance 3D CAD system to develop complex folded components and to model multiple-part assemblies.
• CNC programs can be generated quickly and are stored electronically for future use.
