Laser Quest Hydram purchases a new laser cutting machine Hydram have continued their investment in the latest production technology with the purchase of a Bystronic BySprint Pro laser cutting machine. Representatives of Hydram travelled to Bystronic's headquarters near Zurich in Switzerland to see the machine in action. Impressed with the laser's capabilities the decision was made to place an order for one of the machines which will arrive on site in December 2009.

Managing Director David Greatorex said, "Following much consideration Hydram have purchased a new Bystronic BySprint Pro 4.4kw laser to replace the existing 12 year old 1.8kw Bysprint. While market conditions remain very difficult we have to look beyond the current recession and ensure the business remains competitive and able to take full advantage of any upturn."
