REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL THE POSTS
Successful candidates will need the technical skills required to undertake the job and will also be expected to contribute to continually improving working practices. Excellent communication skills, quality awareness, self-motivation and an ability to work within a team environment are key to all the jobs.
Laser setter / operator. £7.00 - £7.75 depending on experience
Working on 2 shift rotation, this person should be capable of running laser cutting machines independently and should have at least 12 months experience working with laser cutting machines. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of laser machines (Ideally Bystronic), including setting experience. Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is essential in both first and third angle projection. The ability to work unsupervised is required as although in a team of approx 5 people the individual will be required to work through various jobs without assistance, setting tools and in process inspection. |

Pressbrake setter / operator. £7.00 - £8.00 depending on experience
This person should be capable of running a variety of pressbrake machines, including Amada and Bystronic machines. Must have at least 12 months setting experience. Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is essential in both first and third angle projection. The ability to work unsupervised is required as although in a team of approx 15 people the individual will be required to work through various jobs without assistance, setting tools and in process inspection.
